A 35 point comprehensive inspection of the elevator’s overall condition and performance. The inspection includes a review of the critical hydraulic and electrical components plus a detailed testing of all safety circuits.
Smart Maintenance 4C
Includes all the inspection checks that are included in Smart Maintenance 2C, plus a wear and tear inspection of your longer duration component to ensure their reliability.
Smart Maintenance 20C
Includes all the inspection checks that are included in both Smart Maintenance 2C and 4C, as well as replacement of the hydraulic hose and circuit board relays for your home elevator system.
